the guy is like "this is horrible"
robot is like "LOOK WHAT I CAN DO! WHEEE!"
two things though,
1. the guy's feet look like he's standing on tip toes
2. the guy's robe is responding to the wind, but not the balloon, in fact the balloon is going the opposite direction.

Movement

One of the hardest things about painting is making it look like everyone is not just standing still. this painting definitely captures movement. I can see/feel that the tentacles are wrapping around him. And the guy is off his center of balance, leaning forward, which makes him look like he's moving to escape. the space/tenseness between his fingers makes it look like he's under stress or surprise. Very good work!
