Alright, so this animation was clearly created for Youtube. Still, its missing a loading bar / play button, and it just loops once it actually starts playing. When it fades to black there's also like one like of pixels on the left that stay tan. As for the audio, you cut a couple of things out, which is fine, but I'm not sure why you removed Ego saying "sand"...?? It also wasn't the cleanest crossfade I've ever heard. The panting after IM OFFFFFFF! wasn't cut very cleanly either. Most of the starts I took off were from the bad loading / looping, so overall good animation ^_^

I see where glynie was coming from but...

The true worth of this submission was in how it makes so many jokes about anime, especially shonen, rather than the art style or the sound. Not only that, but it presents the jokes in such a subtle manner that it does not break the epic staredown shonen is known for. He clearly didn't understand the crucial joke about bewbs. I think it deserves its high score. Personally i think it could have been drawn to look more like anime and less like flash, since anime has such a specific way of drawing things. I know its nit picking but that's really what separates 9's from 10's in my book :x

Cliche?

i think I've met these characters in another work. Or maybe a dozen other works. As i watched it I was like... but france wasn't bombed in 1940... so yeah, smart-sounding reviews seem to agree with me, thanks Macocio andMaxJet. I REFUSE TO GIVE YOU TEARS, AUTHOR. Some technical mistakes I noticed, the footsteps sfx at the begining sounded like walking on a hard surface, rather than on grass, and the running cycle when they're running for their lives (with the camera pointing down at the ground) looks like its missing a few frames.

I like both...

both the original and the new one have elements that i like.. so i feel kinda bad that you took out some stuff, like peach's lines, made it shorter, the rap battle between geno and the sword with a jacked up name. The mastering on the new song was way better though, as well as the drawing/frames being more refined. So im stuck between which i like better :\ they both get 10's though :)
